the staff are amicable, the hotel is deluxe and with absolutely perfect location adjacent to supermarket-the source of those now essential microwave meals and the harbour side for meals out. the rooms are nice styled and quiet and complete with own fridge, touches such as coffee plus coffee.

The Beautiful Double Room was really spacious and comfortable. It felt clean and had nice thoughtful touches everywhere. I loved that it was well decorated and super tidy. The communal area with games was a bonus too! Only downside, the kettle in the room could've used some descaling to work better. A really positive surprise!

Perfect for Family Stays with a Great Location
The room was clean, well-decorated, and the after-hours check-in instructions were easy to follow. The hotel's proximity to Temple Meads Station was nice.

The beautiful double room was really good size, comfortable, and so well stocked. The bed was super comfy, and i loved the roomy shower with excellent water pressure. The contactless check-in process was smooth, made our late arrival easy. The location was ideal-just a two-minute walk to the airport bus stop.
